LATEST NEWS on THE INTERNATIONAL ROUTE

This route follows the original triangular trade route used during the transatlantic slave trade by the MCC (Middelburgse Commercie Compagnie): from the Netherlands to Angola (first stop), to Willemstad (second stop).
We have added Paramaribo (third stop) and New York (fourth stop) because of their significant role in the history of transatlantic slavery.

New York City will be our fourth and last stop, in October 2026
We keep you posted.

Erwin Tolin Alexander informs the audience about the banners. It visualizes the national and international route of Armazoen Art project.

Our partner Erwin Tolin Alexander found a highly suitable location with great historical significance for the presentation of the Armazoen Art Project. He designed a very interesting context program with different workshops for visual artists, spoken word artists, dancers, journalists, critical thinkers and textile artists.

Erwin Tolin Alexander is our context program partner.
Sjenin Plein and Nikita Dalim-Kasanrawi are the audience guides.
